MEET AMANDA
Amanda Lunt founded Blueprint Property Partners after experiencing firsthand what it takes to manage a short-term rental from hundreds of miles away.
A Colorado native, Amanda knows Northern Colorado well. But when her family purchased a vacation rental in North Carolina, she quickly learned that managing a property from a distance comes with a different set of challenges: navigating permitting questions, coordinating guest turnover, and making day-to-day decisions in a place she couldn't simply drive by and check on.
As Vice President of Compliance at IDEX Corporation, Amanda has spent her career helping organizations navigate complex regulations and turn them into clear, practical solutions. Today, she brings that same attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving mindset to helping vacation rental owners manage the logistics of hosting while protecting their investment in a market she knows inside and out.
Blueprint Property Partners is the kind of partner Amanda wanted for her own vacation rental; someone who communicates clearly, pays attention to the details, and genuinely cares for every property and every guest experience.
Outside of her consulting work, Amanda is the founder of Candles for Canines, a nonprofit that donates proceeds from hand-poured candles to local animal shelters. She's also a proud mom to two, a devoted dog mom, and loves calling Northern Colorado home alongside her husband, Robbie, and their family.
